Must you do GAMMA
Even supposing you haven’t completed FOCUS T25 Alpha or Beta, you should still be a candidate for GAMMA. Gamma is what Beachbody calls a graduate program. Like P90X, P90X2, P90X3, INSANITY and INSANITY: The ASYLUM, it’s designed for people with a fitness base. You do not wish to do any other FOCUS T25 exercises to get that base. For example, I’ve done all the above, and GAMMA is my preferred practice in the FOCUS T25 series.
